What personal data we collect and why we collect them
We collect the following data:
- Name and surname.
- Billing and shipping address (if different).
- Email address.
- Phone number
All the above data is collected during the purchase process. If you only register, the only data we will collect is your email address.
If you make a purchase we will also collect your IP address and depending on the delivery of the items, we will store a tracking number of your order.
If you contact us through the contact form of our contact page, we will only store your email address and name.
If you get in touch through WhatsApp, your phone will be registered in the WhatsApp application of our phone.
We do not store or collect payment data.
The only purpose of collecting the above data is to process the purchases you make.
We collect your personal data (name, surname and address) in order to send you the items you buy on our website and your ID to make the corresponding invoice.
Your email address and phone number also help us to contact you if necessary and to send you notifications of both the status of your order and the shipment of it.
The IP address is collected to preserve both your security and ours in case of fraud.
Finally, the tracking number is useful for the purposes of deadlines to know when an order is delivered (the return deadlines at Charolopezatelier.com start counting since you receive your items).
The data you provide when you use the contact form will be used only to clarify the issues you ask and once solved, they will be deleted.
Your phone number provided when contacting through WhatsApp will be used only to answer the questions asked and once answered, it will be deleted.
With whom we share your data
We share with the transport companies with which we work the necessary data to be able to send your items. These data are: name and surname, delivery address and phone number.
In shipments through Correos of Spain we also provide your ID to Correos, as this is necessary to register the shipment and so that Correos can identify the person who will pick up the package at the corresponding Post Office.
How long we keep your data
We store your data for a year, after which we delete all the data of both your user (provided you have not made new orders, in which case the deadline to delete the user starts counting again since the last order is made), and your purchase.
By legal obligation, we store a copy of the invoices for a period of 5 years since the purchase was made. In this case, there is no automated data treatment of the personal data contained therein.
The data provided through the contact form or WhatsApp is stored strictly for the time necessary to solve the questions you ask.
